Heavy snow brings a lot of troubles to the construction of the epoxy floor. Under such extreme climatic conditions, it significantly adds a lot of troubles to the engineering troops of the floor paint construction.

Firstly, we adopt methods of insulation and heating to ensure the room temperature. A good temperature is above 5℃ and not less than minus 2℃. At the construction site, ceilings, walls, doors and windows should be installed to prevent collapse from wind, rain and snow. We can also use warm fans to increase the room temperature of the flame stove and other aspects.

Concrete can be appropriately introduced into the early strength agent, and the pipeline for transporting concrete can also be wrapped with insulation materials to avoid freezing of the appearance, cement barriers, loss of mortar, etc. During transportation, ensure that the cooling rate does not exceed 5%/h. Frozen concrete cannot be used when it is not less than 5℃ in the mold.

After the construction of the epoxy floor is completed, ensuring air drying is a crucial process. We need to immediately cover it with plastic film and use double curtains for several hours to ensure that the temperature difference of the concrete becomes smaller, so that there is sufficient water and temperature.
